What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.
This policy explains how TRam Enterprise Technologies LLC (“TRam”, “we”, “us”), an Ohio limited liability company, handles personal information in connection with the tramenterprise.com website, the TRam Studio platform, our APIs, and related services (the “Services”).
We handle information in two distinct capacities, and the rules differ:
tramChat.v1) so it persists as you move between pages. It stays on your device until you clear it or
start a new chat. Clearing your browser storage removes it.We use a small number of providers to run the Services. Each receives only what it needs.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to a successor in a merger or sale of assets, and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We will not disclose Customer Content in response to a government request without notifying the customer unless legally prohibited.
We operate in the United States and our infrastructure is hosted there. If you access the Services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data-protection law may differ from your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, scoped credentials, and audit logging. Every agent run is recorded with the steps taken and the tools it was permitted to use. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. You will not be treated differently for exercising a right.
To make a request, email engage@tramenterprise.com. We may need to verify your identity. If you are covered by UK or EU data-protection law, you may also complain to your supervisory authority.
To opt out of Google Analytics generally, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
The Services generate output using AI models. That output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed by a person. We do not use the Services to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals without human involvement, and our terms require customers not to either.
We may update this policy. If a change is material we will give notice by email or in the Services before it takes effect. The current version is always posted on this page.
